All you have to do is sign the appeal application and answer some questions about your property for our licensed appraisers. Package cost is only $295.

Express Tax Appeal Package: If you feel comfortable attending the Formal Appeals Hearing this package might be for you. We will complete the assessment  appeal application, provide an appraisal report with property value, and send the completed appeal package to you for signature and submission. You will be required to handle all negotiations with the county assessor and attend the assessment appeals hearing. Package cost is only $195.
